Extensive, advanced, and continuous education and training is offered only to XTREME TEAM members at the HYDRO LAB, the most advanced facility of its kind in the world. This assures members of being able to handle any unusual problems and technical aspects of any job. The original HYDRO LAB has now been doubled in size and features have been added which are necessary when teaching large loss commercial and specialty drying.

The XTREME TEAM members have developed a “standard” system of paperwork procedures and documents that track a job, equipment, and job action protocol from the first phone call to final billing.
