The effective date of the Privacy Agreement is when You accept or are deemed to accept the Privacy Agreement by accessing and/or using this Website.

The purpose of the Privacy Agreement is to ensure that Boldens Drying Systems is in compliance with Freedom of Information and Privacy Statutes. You are hereby advised that the Privacy Agreement incorporates by reference the requirements and procedures of said Statutes. You are hereby advised to refer to a complete and official version of your state statutes in order to understand fully the rights and responsibilities that flow from it.

Application of the Privacy Agreement

The Privacy Agreement applies to all Boldens Drying Systems sites and services unless a page on a respective site specifically indicates otherwise.
